Disclosed in one embodiment of the present invention are a system for measuring the river bed topography by using a moving object and a method thereof, the system for measuring the river bed topography comprising: a first moving object on which a LiDAR and a hyperspectral sensor are mounted, and which flies a river area including the inland and the riverside land while acquiring distance information by using the LiDAR, and uses the hyperspectral sensor to acquire a hyperspectral image; a second moving object which is moved to a non-measurable area which is not able to be measured by the first moving object, and measures the river bed topography of the non-measurable area by using the SONAR; and a management server which determines the non-measurable area by analyzing the distance information and the hyperspectral image to deliver the same to the second moving body. The first moving object comprises a moving object which is able to fly, and the second moving object comprises a moving object which can be operated on the water.

    실시예에 의한 이동체를 이용하여 하상지형을 측정하기 위한 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 상기 하상지형을 측정하기 위한 시스템은 라이다, 초분광 센서가 장착되고, 제내지와 제외지를 포함한 하천 영역을 비행하면서 상기 라이다를 이용하여 거리 정보를 획득하고, 상기 초분광 센서를 이용하여 초분광 영상을 획득하는 제1 이동체; 상기 제1 이동체의 의한 측정이 불가능한 비측정 지역으로 이동하고, 소나를 이용하여 상기 비측정 영역의 하상 지형을 측정하는 제2 이동체; 및 상기 거리 정보와 상기 초분광 영상을 분석하여 상기 비측정 영역을 결정하여 상기 제2 이동체에 전달하는 관리 서버를 포함하고, 상기 제1 이동체는 비행이 가능한 이동체를 포함하고, 상기 제2 이동체는 수상 운행이 가능한 이동체를 포함한다.
