The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging control system based on an electric load time zone, which is able to, in an electric vehicle (for instance, an electric bus) charged by using a pantograph, control the charging process based on the battery charge amount and the electric load time zone information of the electric vehicle, and save electricity charges. The electric vehicle charging control system based on an electric load time zone comprises: a vehicle charging device installed on an electric vehicle, and acquiring vehicle information at the time of charging, and transmitting the vehicle information to a pantograph charging device, and requesting for a charging process, and charging the electric vehicle in accordance with the control of the pantograph charging device; the pantograph charging device transmitting the vehicle information transmitted from the vehicle charging device to a charger operation server, and charging the vehicle in accordance with charging control information transmitted from the charger operation server; and the charger operation server calculating the minimum operation power and the charging control information for saving electricity charges by using the vehicle information and the electric load time zone information transmitted from the pantograph charging device, and transmitting the generated charging control information to the pantograph charging device.

    팬터그래프(Pantograph)를 이용하여 충전을 하는 전기차(예를 들어, 전기 버스)에서, 전기차의 배터리 충전량과 전기 부하 시간대 정보를 기초로 충전을 제어함으로써, 전기 요금을 절약할 수 있도록 한 전기 부하 시간대 기반의 전기차 충전 제어시스템에 관한 것으로서, 전기차에 설치되며, 충전 시 차량 정보를 획득하여 팬터그래프 충전장치로 전송하고 충전을 요청하며, 상기 팬터그래프 충전장치의 제어에 따라 충전을 하는 차량 충전 장치, 차량 충전 장치로부터 전송된 차량 정보를 충전기 운영서버로 전송하고, 상기 충전기 운영서버로부터 전송된 충전 제어정보에 따라 차량을 충전하는 팬터그래프 충전장치 및 팬터그래프 충전장치로부터 전송된 차량 정보와 전기 부하 시간대 정보를 이용하여 전기요금 절약을 위한 운영 최소전력 산출과 충전 제어 정보를 생성하고, 생성한 충전 제어정보를 팬터그래프 충전장치로 전송하는 충전기 운영서버를 포함하여, 전기 부하 시간대 기반의 전기차 충전 제어시스템을 구현한다.
