The present invention relates to a monitoring system for tracking a location of an underwater body and a method therefor. The monitoring system for tracking a location of an underwater body comprises: one master buoy floating on the surface of the water and located in a horizontal coordinate system on the surface of the water; slave buoys floating on the surface of the water and located at the remaining vertices of at least one triangle with a position of the master buoy located on the surface of the water as one vertex; a transmitting device attached to a target and acting together therewith; and an operating device controlling and operating the master buoy and the slave buoy through wired or wireless communication. According to the present invention, better effects are provided compared to a conventional invention in terms of accuracy of target coordinate estimation, ease of buoy installation, real-time location tracking of the target, and the number of the targets which can be tracked simultaneously.

    본원 발명은 수중체의 위치를 추적하기 위한 모니터링 시스템 및 그 방법으로 수면에 부유하여 수면상 수평좌표계에 위치하는 하나의 마스터 부이, 수면에 부유하며 수면상 위치하는 상기 마스터 부이의 위치를 한 꼭지점으로 하는 적어도 하나의 삼각형의 나머지 꼭지점에 위치하는 슬래이브 부이들, 타겟에 부착되어 함께 거동하는 송신장치 및 상기 마스터 부이 및 상기 슬래이브 부이들을 유선 또는 무선통신을 통해 제어 및 운용하는 운용장치를 포함한다. 본원 발명은 타겟의 좌표 추정의 정확성, 부이 설치의 용이성, 타겟의 실시간 위치 추적 및 동시 추적 가능한 타겟 수 관점에서 기존 발명에 비해 더 나은 효과를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
