The present invention is to provide a smart electric scooter and a driving management system for an electric scooter using the same, wherein the occurrence of an accident of an electric scooter is accurately predicted in remote by using an inclination value of the electric scooter, connection information of a user terminal and the electric scooter, and location and speed information, and a response waiting time (△t) is optimized by using a previous prediction failure/accident history at the location where the collision accident is predicted. Accordingly, the driving of the electric scooter can be safely managed, the accuracy and reliability of the prediction of the collision accident can be dramatically increased, and a follow-up response to the collision accident can be performed quickly. When a collision accident is predicted, a scooter management server optimizes a setting time (TH) by using the previous prediction failure/accident history at the location where the collision accident is predicted, and determines occurrence of the collision accident by comparing the response waiting time (△t) with the optimal setting time (TH'), thereby significantly increasing the accuracy and reliability of predicting a collision accident.

    본 발명은 전동 퀵-보드의 기울기 값과, 사용자 단말기 및 전동 퀵-보드의 접속정보, 위치, 속도 정보를 활용하여 원격에서 전동 퀵-보드의 사고 여부를 정확하게 예측함과 동시에 충돌사고가 예측된 위치의 이전 예측실패/사고 내역을 활용하여 응답대기시간(△t)을 최적화시킴으로써 전동 퀵-보드의 주행을 안전하게 관리함과 동시에 충돌사고 예측의 정확성 및 신뢰도를 획기적으로 높일 수 있으며, 충돌사고에 대한 신속한 후속대응이 이루어질 수 있고, 퀵-보드 관리서버가 충돌사고가 예측될 때, 충돌사고가 예측된 장소의 이전 예측실패/사고 내역을 활용하여, 설정시간(TH)을 최적화시킨 후, 응답대기시간(△t)을 최적설정시간(TH')과 비교하여 충돌사고 발생여부를 판단하도록 구성됨으로써 충돌사고 판단의 정확성 및 신뢰도를 현저히 높일 수 있는 스마트 전동 퀵-보드 및 이를 이용한 전동 퀵-보드의 주행관리 시스템을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
