The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a smart cruise control cover (6) for a vehicle with an emblem design, which comprises: a step of printing and performing the three-dimensional processing of an emblem shape on a metal-feeling thin film, which has a laser spread transmittance and a thin film stacked structure, and manufacturing an emblem printed film (24) having a three-dimensional metal-feeling unit (24a) and an emblem design printed layer (24b); a step of inserting the emblem printed film (24) into a cavity of a mold unit on an upper side among mold units on the upper side and a lower side for the insert injection molding process of a rear opaque injection resin layer (26) of the cover (6), and forming the rear opaque injection resin layer (26) by the insert injection molding process; and a step of inserting the rear opaque injection resin layer (26) integrated with the emblem printed film (24) on an upper side into the cavity of the mold unit on the lower side among the mold units on the upper side and the lower side for the final molding process of the cover (6), and forming a front transparent injection resin layer (30) on a front side of the emblem printed film (24) by the insert injection molding process, and de-molding the molded cover (6). Therefore, productivity can be improved.

    본 발명은 엠블림 디자인을 갖춘 자동차용 스마트 크루즈 콘트롤커버(6)의 제조방법으로서, 레이더 전파투과성이 있으며 박막적층구조인 금속질감박막필름 상에 엠블럼형상을 인쇄하고 입체 가공하여서 입체 금속질감부(24a) 및 엠블럼디자인 인쇄층(24b)을 갖는 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24)을 제작하는 단계와, 커버(6)의 후방불투명 사출수지층(26)의 인서트사출 성형을 위한 상하부 금형부중 상부측 금형부 캐비티에 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24)을 삽입한 상태에서 인서트 사출성형으로 후방 불투명 사출수지층(26)을 형성하는 단계와, 커버(6)의 최종 성형을 위한 상하부금형부중 하부측 금형부 캐비티에 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24)이 상부에 합체된 후방 불투명 사출수지층(26)을 삽입한 상태에서 인서트 사출성형으로 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24)의 전방에 전방부 투명사출수지층(30)이 형성되게 한후 성형된 커버(6)를 탈형하는 단계로 이루어지는 것이다.
