The present invention relates to a smart cruise control cover for automobiles having anti-icing and de-icing functions with improved design freedom. The smart cruise control cover for automobiles forms a front surface transparent resin injection layer (18), a middle transparent resin injection layer (22), and an emblem print film (20) on front and rear surfaces of an exothermic film (8) through insert injection molding; allows the middle transparent resin injection layer (22) to be filled between the emblem print film (20) and the exothermic film (8) of the front surface transparent resin injection layer (18), allows a terminal connection unit (14) of the exothermic film (8) to be curved rearward and attached on a part of a rear surface of the middle transparent resin injection layer (22), forms a terminal electrode (16) on the heating wire (12) of the terminal connection unit (14) to form a front surface cover unit (40) having a sloped gradient, forms a rear surface cover unit (42) having a rear surface opaque resin injection layer (28), which is fitted for surface irregularity on the emblem print film (20) of the front surface cover unit (40) and is integrally formed with a rearward terminal connector (29) on a corresponding location of a terminal electrode (20), allows the front surface cover unit (40) having the sloped gradient and the rear surface cover unit (42) to be fitted for surfaces and attached to a boundary for each other, has a terminal pin (30) for electric connection at the rearward terminal connector (29) of the rear surface cover unit (42), and allows the terminal electrode (16) of the front surface cover unit (40) to be electrically connected to the terminal electrode (16) through elastic contact. The present invention can improve design freedom of an SCC cover by simplifying the shape of the electrical connection unit.

    본 발명은 설계자유도가 향상된 방빙과 제빙 기능의 자동차용 스마트 크루즈 콘트롤 커버에 있어서, 투명박막시트(10) 상에 배열된 열선(12)과 단자연결부(14)를 갖는 발열필름(8)의 기밀유지 및 내충격성을 위해, 발열필름(8)의 전후면에 전면부 투명수지 사출층(18)과 중간부 투명수지 사출층(22) 및 엠블럼 인쇄필름(20)을 인서트 사출성형으로 형성하되 엠블럼 인쇄필름(20)과 전면부 투명수지 사출층(18)의 발열필름(8) 사이에 중간부 투명수지 사출층(22)이 충진되게 구성하고 발열필름(8)의 단자연결부(14)가 후방절곡되고 중간부 투명수지 사출층(22)의 후면 일부에 부착되게 하며 단자연결부(14)의 열선(12)에 단자전극(16)이 형성되게 하여서 경사면 기울기를 갖는 전면측 커버부(40)를 구성하고, 경사면 기울기를 갖는 전면측 커버부(40)의 엠블럼 인쇄필름(20)에 면요철맞춤되며 단자전극(20)의 대응위치에 후방으로 향하는 단자커넥터(29)가 일체로 된 후면부 불투명 수지 사출층(28)이 사출성형으로 마련된 후면측 커버부(42)를 구성하며, 경사면 기울기를 갖는 전면측 커버부(40)와 후면측 커버부(42)가 면맞춤 및 테두리 접합되고, 후면측 커버부(42)의 후방으로 향하는 단자커넥터(29)에는 전기 접속을 위한 단자핀(30)을 구비하되 전면측 커버부(40)의 단자전극(16)에 탄성 접촉으로 단자전극(16)과 전기적 연결이 되게 구성한 것이다.
