The present invention relates to a livestock HACCP management system using a mobile terminal and a radio communication network, which comprises: a temperature sensor; a HACCP inspection means; a telecommunication company server; a HACCP monitoring unit receiving and monitoring inspection data obtained by the HACCP inspection means from the telecommunication company server in real time; and a HACCP management system receiving the inspection data obtained by the HACCP inspection means from the telecommunication company server in real time and managing basic information including a HACCP checklist. Accordingly, people working in the transportation or storage industry can check hygiene inspection items before work (before transportation), during work (during transportation), and after work (after transportation) and send the same to a central department in real time for daily inspection. Temperature information obtained by using satellite communication methods such as GPS and temperature sensors and HACCP checklist information for each transportation vehicle obtained by using WAP of a mobile phone are provided to managers in real time, so it is possible to maintain and manage the quality of livestock products not only at the stage where hygiene inspection/management was weak in the past, but also during distribution. Considering the fact that in the case of storage or transportation businesses, it is cumbersome to carry and check paper, and it is not easy to store and manage paper, the HACCP management according to the present invention is simple and efficient.

    본 발명은 모바일 단말기와 무선통신 네트워크를 활용한 축산물 HACCP 관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 온도센서와; HACCP 점검수단과; 통신사 서버와; 상기 통신사 서버로부터 HACCP 점검수단의 점검데이터를실시간으로 전송받아 모니터링하는 HACCP 모니터링부 및; 상기 상기 통신사 서버로부터 HACCP 점검수단의 점검데이터를 실시간으로 전송받아 HACCP 체크리스트를 포함하는 기본정보를 관리하는 HACCP 관리시스템으로 구성되어 운송업 또는 보관업에 종사하는 사람 들은 작업 전(운반 전), 작업 중(운반 중), 작업 후(운반 후)에 대한 위생점검 사항 들을 체크하고 실시간 중앙부서로 보내어 일상점검이 가능하고, GPS와 같이 위성통신 방식 및 온도센서를 이용한 온도 정보와 핸드폰의 WAP를 이용한 운송차량 별 HACCP 체크리스트 정보를 관리자에게 실시간으로 제공함으로써 과거 위생점검/관리가 취약했던 단계에서 뿐만 아니라 유통 중 축산물의 품질을유지, 관리할 수 있으며, 보관업이나 운반업소의 경우 종이를 가지고 다니면서 체크하기에 번거롭고 보관, 관리가 쉽지 않다는 특성을 고려할 때 HACCP 관리가 간편하면서도 효율적인 각별한 장점이 있다.
