PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal and a communication system that can materialize a mechanism of having a mobile station closer to a destination respond preferentially.SOLUTION: A mobile radio terminal of the present invention comprises a reception unit and a control unit. The reception unit receives communication information including transmission information and destination position information indicating the position of a destination from a base station. The control unit performs control to delay a notification start time to start giving notice of the transmission information as a distance between the position indicated by the destination position information received by the reception unit and the position of the mobile radio terminal is longer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】目的地に近い移動局を優先的に応答させる仕組みを実現可能な移動無線端末および通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の移動無線端末は、受信部と制御部とを備える。受信部は、伝送情報と、目的地の位置を示す目的地位置情報とを含む通信情報を基地局から受信する。制御部は、受信部により受信された目的地位置情報が示す位置と、自局の位置との間の距離が大きいほど、伝送情報の報知を開始する報知開始時間を遅くする制御を行う。【選択図】図2
