The present invention relates to a spool type fender provided with a synthetic rubber inflection part and, more specifically, to a spool type fender provided with a synthetic rubber inflection part, which can be installed on a port facility to prevent damage to a vessel body even when vessels of various sizes are moored, efficiently relieving a docking shock during the docking of a vessel as well as having excellent performance and durability, and efficiently maintaining a high repulsive force and initial absorption energy. To achieve the purpose, the spool type fender used for a harbor facility includes: a body part having a through hole formed in the center, and made of a synthetic rubber material in which carbon black is highly dispersed in natural rubber; and a flange part expanded perpendicularly outward from at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the body part, and coupled and mounted on an inner wall, wherein the fender includes an inflection part formed by bending both ends of the body part adjacent to the flange part, toward the inside of the body part.

    본 발명은 합성고무재질의 변곡부를 구비한 스풀타입 방현재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 항만시설에 설치하여 크기가 다양한 선박이 계류하더라도 선체의 손상이 발생되지 않으며, 선박의 도킹시 도킹 충격을 효율적으로 줄여줄 뿐만 아니라 성능이 우수하고 내구성이 뛰어나며, 높은 반발력, 초기 흡수 에너지를 효율적으로 유지하는 합성고무재질의 변곡부를 구비한 스풀타입 방현재에 관한 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 항만 시설에서 사용되는 스풀타입의 방현재에 있어서, 중앙에 관통홀이 형성되며, 천연 고무(Natural rubber)에 카본블랙(Carbon black)이 고분산된 합성 고무 재질로 이루어지는 몸통부와 상기 몸통부 길이 방향의 적어도 일단부에서 수직하여 외측으로 확장 형성되고, 안벽에 결합 장착되는 플랜지부;를 포함하되, 상기 플랜지부에 접하는 상기 몸통부의 양단이 상기 몸통부의 내측을 향해 절곡형성되는 변곡부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다
