Limiting assemblies are connected to the connecting positions of a first fixing block and asecond fixing block in a sleeving mode, inserting grooves are formed in the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the first fixing block and the second fixing block, fastening assemblies are connected to the bottom of a first elastic base body and the bottom of a second elastic base body, and air guiding assemblies are installed in air guiding screw holes. According to the invention, the firstelastic base body and the second elastic base body can be quickly spliced through the limiting assembly; the actual use requirements can be met after the first elastic base body and the second elastic base body are spliced; and the two sides of the first elastic base body and the two sides of the second elastic base body can be reinforced and fixed through the fastening assemblies, so that the rubber fender can be stably fixed to the edge of a wharf or a ship, and the phenomenon that the rubber fender is damaged is avoided. Meanwhile, the fastening assembly can be used for actually installingthe first elastic base body and the second elastic base body which are different in width, and the application range is widened.
