The system for berthing an autonomous ship, reflecting weather conditions comprises: a speed control device which controls an engine that provides propulsion to an autonomous ship; a direction control device which controls the bow so that the traveling direction of the autonomous ship is determined; a lateral movement control device which performs control so that the autonomous ship travels left or right; a sensor device which measures the current position, moving direction, and moving speed of the autonomous ship and measures the wave height, wind speed, and wind direction of the sea around the autonomous ship; and an automatic navigation system which generates a navigation route to a preset destination, performs control so that the autonomous ship navigates according to the generated navigation route, and predicts the possibility of collision with a pier or obstacles around the pier according to the wave height, wind speed, wind direction, moving direction, and moving speed and performs control so that the autonomous ship can dock or leave the pier when the autonomous ship enters or leaves a port. Therefore, the system enables the autonomous ship to automatically and safely dock or leave the pier in consideration of marine weather conditions.
