A hang-glider drone is provided. The hang-glider drone includes: a drone that includes an altitude limit sensor, a speed limit sensor, and an object proximity sensor; a main controller for controlling the drone; a suit connected to the drone, mounted on an occupant, and equipped with an auxiliary controller for controlling the drone; and a plurality of ropes connecting the suit and the drone, wherein the drone may be controlled through the main controller and the auxiliary controller, and the control of the main controller may be preferentially applied. An objective of the present invention is to provide the hang-glider drone where pilots can board and the operation method thereof.
