Disclosed is a vehicle bearing condition monitoring vibration sensor apparatus and an apparatus operation method. The vehicle bearing condition monitoring vibration sensor apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a vibration signal collection unit which collects vibration data for a wheel bearing of a vehicle; and a can communication unit which provides the collected vibration data to a computer terminal using can communication in real time. The computer terminal displays conditions of the wheel bearing analyzed by the vibration data through a display panel. The vehicle bearing condition monitoring vibration sensor apparatus for an autonomous vehicle collects the vibration data, displays the conditions of the wheel bearing, and diagnose a failure of the wheel bearing.

    차량용 베어링 상태 모니터링 진동 센서 장치 및 장치 운용 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른, 차량용 베어링 상태 모니터링 진동 센서 장치는, 차량의 휠 베어링에 대한 진동 데이터를 수집하는 진동신호수집부; 및 상기 수집된 진동 데이터를 실시간으로 캔 통신을 이용하여 컴퓨터단말기로 제공하는 캔통신부를 포함하고, 상기 컴퓨터단말기는, 상기 진동 데이터에 의해 분석되는 상기 휠 베어링의 상태를 디스플레이 패널을 통해 표출한다.
