Provided is an exhaust gas reduction device for an internal combustion engine vehicle with improved effects of removing gaseous and particulate harmful substances contained in exhaust gas. The exhaust gas reduction device for an internal combustion engine vehicle includes: a combustor; and a particulate filter disposed on one side of the combustor and post-processing residual harmful substances, wherein the combustor operates only when an RPM of a vehicle is equal to or greater than a specific value from an RPM sensor of the vehicle.

    배기가스 내에 포함된 가스상 유해물질 및 입자상 유해물질 제거 효과가 향상된 내연기관 차량용 매연저감장치가 제공된다. 상기 내연기관 차량용 매연저감장치는 연소기; 상기 연소기의 일측에 배치되며 잔류하는 유해물질을 후처리하는 미립자 필터를 포함하고, 상기 연소기는 차량의 RPM 센서로부터 차량의 RPM이 특정 값 이상인 경우에만 작동하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
