The present invention relates to a radiation structure of a battery charging converter for an electric vehicle. A purpose of the present invention is to maximize radiation performance by enabling coolant to cool a lower part of a coil as well as a side thereof. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, a battery charging converter for an electric vehicle includes: a main body (10) housing a plurality of coils (11) and a PCB, and having a coolant inlet (12) and a coolant outlet (13) provided on one side; and an upper cover (20) and a lower cover (30) surrounding the main body (10), wherein the plurality of transformer coils (11) are placed a predetermined distance apart from each other, and a protruding member (14) is provided between the coils (11) such that coolant can flow.

    본 발명은 전기 자동차용 배터리 충전 컨버터의 방열구조에 관한 것으로서, 냉각수가 코일의 하부 뿐만 아니라 측면도 냉각시킬 수 있도록 하여 방열성능을 극대화하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 복수의 코일(11)과 PCB가 수용되고, 일측에 냉각수 유입구(12) 및 냉각수 배출구(13)가 구비되는 메인 바디(10)와, 상기 메인 바디(10)를 감싸는 상부 커버(20) 및 하부 커버(30)를 포함하여 이루어지는 전기 자동차용 배터리 충전 컨버터에 있어서, 상기 복수의 트랜스포머 코일(11)은 서로 일정 거리 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 코일(11)의 사이에 냉각수가 유동되도록 하는 돌출부재(14)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
