The present invention relates to an in-wheel motor-type vehicle with a motor provided in a vehicle wheel to function as a power source. The vehicle wheel includes: a wheel supporting a tire and a vehicle load and transmitting power; a spoke which is a connection part with a rim coming in contact with a hub, a disc and a tire of the wheel; a power transmission shaft and a hub bearing supporting a rotation force of the wheel; and a motor enclosure part housing and supporting the power transmission shaft and the hub bearing. The motor enclosure part includes six driving motors (hexa-motors) and driving gears, which are vehicle power sources, and one single driven gear externally interlocked with the six driving gears. As the six driving gears are placed around the one driven gear in a hexa-radial direction, the one driven gear and the six driving gears form compound gear trains in which the seven gears are combined in total, and, accordingly, torque vectoring is performed through the simultaneous operation of the seven gears to enable a plurality of motors to distribute necessary torque through a cooperative driving method for each mode such as starting, acceleration, speed stabilization, deceleration, stopping and the like. Therefore, a driving vector resultant force of a driving shaft can be increased, and the driving gears and the driven gear are rotated in opposite directions at different rotation angular speeds and phase angles to transmit the driving force from the six driving motors to the power transmission shaft, the wheel and the tire through the one single driven gear. Moreover, a vibration isolation measure and a cooling solution in accordance with the same can be provided.

    본 발명은 자동차 바퀴 내부에 동력원인 모터가 구비되는 인휠 모터 방식의 차량에 있어서, 상기 바퀴는 타이어와 차중을 지지하고 동력을 전달하는 휠(wheel); 상기 휠의 허브와 디스크, 타이어와 접하는 림과 연결부인 스포크; 상기 휠의 회전력을 지지하는 전동축과 허브베어링; 및 상기 전동축과 허브베어링을 격납하고 지지하는 모터함체부; 를 포함하여 구성된다. 상기 모터함체부에는 자동차 동력원인 6개의 구동모터(헥사모터)와 구동기어와, 상기 6개의 구동기어에 외접하여 맞물리는 1개의 피동기어를 구비하되, 상기 1개 피동기어와 상기 6개 구동기어는 상기 1개 피동기어를 중심으로 그 둘레에 상기 6개의 구동기어가 육방방사형으로 배치되어, 총 7개 기어가 결합된 외접복합기어열(compound gear trains)로 형성하여, 7개 기어 동시구동에 의한 다수의 모터가 출발, 가속, 정속, 감속, 정지와 같은 모드별 협력형구동방식으로 필요 토크를 배분하는 토크벡터링(torque vectoring)으로, 전동축의 구동벡터 합력을 증대시키고, 상기 구동기어와 피동기어는 각기 반대방향 회전과, 상이한 회전각속도 및 위상각도로 상기 6개 구동 모터의 구동력을 상기 1개의 피동기어를 통해 상기 전동축과 휠 및 타이어로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 헥사모터 시스템을 제공한다. 또한 이에 따른 진동절연 대책과 냉각방안을 제공한다.
