The present invention relates to a drone having a variable spray device for controlling agricultural chemicals for orchard and, more specifically, to a drone having a variable spray device for controlling agricultural chemicals for orchard, which comprises: a main body unit having a power supply unit; blade units installed on and connected to all directions of the main body unit; a landing gear unit installed on and connected to both sides of a lower part of the main body unit to have predetermined height; an agricultural chemical storage unit installed in the center of the main body unit or below the main body unit; an agricultural chemical spraying unit supplied with an agricultural chemical stored in the agricultural chemical storage unit to spray the same; and a wireless controller connected to the main body unit with wireless communication to remotely control the main body unit wirelessly, wherein the agricultural chemical spraying unit includes: a plurality of agricultural chemical supply hoses having one end connected to the agricultural chemical storage unit and the other end extended below the main body unit to have predetermined length, wherein the agricultural chemical supply hoses are supplied with agricultural chemicals supplied according to control operation of the agricultural chemical supply and spraying units which receive signals from the wireless controller by the agricultural chemical storage unit; a plurality of spraying nozzles installed above and below each of the agricultural chemical supply hoses to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals and installed to be inclined upward to the agricultural chemical supply hoses such that the agricultural chemical forcibly transferred to the agricultural chemical supply hoses is sprayed laterally and upward; and an agricultural chemical supply hose variable means connected respectively to the plurality of the agricultural chemical supply hoses to support the agricultural chemical supply hoses and installed respectively on the outside of the main body unit to adjust a direction or height of the agricultural chemical supply hoses through the signal from the wireless controller, thereby enabling agricultural chemicals to be efficiently controlled toward orchard having a plenty of leaves.

    본 발명은 가변형 살포장치가 구비된 과수용 농약방제 드론에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전원공급부가 구비된 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 사방으로 연결 설치된 날개부와, 상기 본체부의 하부 양쪽에 일정 높이로 연결 설치되는 랜딩기어부와, 상기 본체의 중앙 또는 본체의 저부에 설치되는 농약저장부와, 상기 농약저장부에 저장된 농약을 공급받아 살포하는 농약살포부와, 상기 본체와 무선통신으로 연결되어 본체를 무선 원격조정하는 무선조정기;를 포함하되, 상기 농약살포부는 상기 농약저장부에 일단이 연결되고 타단이 본체의 하방으로 일정길이 연장 설치되어 상기 무선조정기측 신호를 수신한 농약공급 및 살포부의 제어동작에 따라 공급된 농약을 농약저장부로부터 공급받는 복수개의 농약공급호스와, 상기 복수개의 농약공급호수 각각에 상하로 일정간격 이격 설치되어 농약공급호스로 압송된 농약을 측방 및 상방향으로 살포하도록 농약공급호스에 상향 기울로 경사지게 설치되는 복수개의 분사노즐과, 상기 복수의 농약공급호스에 각각 결합되어 농약공급호스를 지지하면서 상기 무선조정기측 신호를 통해 농약공급호스의 방향 또는 높이를 조절하도록 상기 본체의 외측에 각각 설치되는 농약공급호스 가변수단;을 포함하는 구성으로 이루어져 잎이 무성한 과수나무에 대한 효율적인 농약방제가 이루어지도록 구성된다.
