A battery apparatus receives a measurement current of a battery and estimates a surface SOC indicating a potential on an electrode surface of the battery based on a plurality of parameters including a first parameter determined based on the measurement current and a second parameter determined based on a SOC of the battery.

    배터리 장치가 배터리의 측정 전류를 수신하고, 측정 전류에 기초해서 결정되는 제1 파라미터 및 배터리의 SOC에 기초해서 결정되는 제2 파라미터를 포함하는 복수의 파라미터에 기초해서 배터리의 전극 표면에서의 전위를 나타내는 표면 SOC를 추정한다.
