In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an electromechanical braking device which comprises: a rod configured to make a translation motion by responding to the depression of a brake pedal; a master cylinder configured to accommodate brake oil and to discharge the brake oil as the rod is inserted; a motor; and a gear mechanism in which at least a part is connected to the master cylinder and at least another part is connected to the motor. The gear mechanism includes: an upper housing configured to accommodate at least some of the plurality of gears; and a lower housing configured to accommodate at least some others of the plurality of gears and to be fastened with the upper housing. The present invention aims to provide an electromechanical braking device which is able to reduce noise.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 브레이크 페달의 답입에 대응하여 병진운동 하도록 구성된 로드(rod); 브레이크 오일을 수용하되, 상기 로드가 삽입됨에 따라 상기 브레이크 오일을 토출하도록 구성된 마스터실린더(master cylinder); 모터(motor); 적어도 일부가 상기 마스터실린더와 연결되며 다른 적어도 일부가 상기 모터와 연결되는 기어 메커니즘(gear mechanism)을 포함하되, 상기 기어 메커니즘은, 상기 복수의 기어의 적어도 일부를 수용하도록 구성된 상부하우징(upper housing); 및 상기 복수의 기어의 다른 적어도 일부를 수용하도록 구성되며 상기 상부하우징과 체결되는 하부하우징(lower housing)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기계식 브레이크 장치를 제공한다.
