According to the present invention, a battery cooling control method for a vehicle comprises: a step of monitoring battery voltage, battery temperature, and battery current information when charging a battery of a vehicle; a step of determining a charging step in a battery charging map based on the monitored current temperature of the battery, the battery voltage, and the battery current information and pre-stored battery charging map; a step of determining whether the current temperature of the battery is temperature having the maximum charging current in response to the charging step; and a step of cooling or heating the battery for charging by using the maximum charging current when the current temperature of the battery is not the temperature having the maximum charging current.

    본 발명에 따른 차량용 배터리 냉각제어 방법은 차량의 배터리 충전 시, 배터리 온도. 배터리 전압, 배터리 전류 정보를 모니터링하는 단계; 상기 모니터링된 배터리 현재온도. 배터리 전압, 배터리 전류 정보와 기저장된 배터리 충전맵에 기초하여 상기 배터리 충전맵에서의 충전 스텝을 판단하는 단계; 상기 배터리 현재온도가 상기 충전 스텝에 대응하여 최대충전전류를 갖는 온도인지 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 배터리 현재온도가 최대 충전전류를 갖는 온도가 아닌 경우, 최대 충전전류로 충전하기 위하여 배터리 냉각 또는 승온하도록 제어하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
