The invention discloses a vehicle battery integrated cooling system and a control method.The system comprises a temperature adjusting assembly, an air adjusting assembly, a battery cooler and a battery cooling assembly, and the temperature adjusting assembly is connected with the air adjusting assembly and the battery cooler in series to form a cooling medium transmission loop; a cooling medium is transmitted to the air conditioning assembly and the battery cooler respectively, the battery cooler, the battery cooling assembly and the vehicle battery are sequentially connected in series to form a battery cooling liquid transmission loop, and the battery cooling liquid exchanges heat with the cooling medium in the battery cooler, so that the battery cooling liquid cools the vehicle battery. Air conditioning and battery cooling are integrated, space is greatly saved, compared with a traditional cooling mode, cost is saved, air conditioner instructions and battery cooling can be executed at the same time or respectively, and the problems that an existing battery integrated cooling system is not applicable in the range of new energy commercial vehicles, and cost is low are solved. The cruising ability of the power battery is low, and the cooling control effect is poor.

    本发明公开了一种车用电池集成冷却系统及控制方法,该系统包括温度调节组件、空气调节组件、电池冷却器和电池冷却组件,温度调节组件分别与空气调节组件、电池冷却器串接,形成冷却介质传输回路,分别向空气调节组件和电池冷却器传输冷却介质,电池冷却器、电池冷却组件和车用电池依次串接,形成电池冷却液传输回路,电池冷却液与冷却介质在电池冷却器进行热交换,使电池冷却液对车用电池进行冷却。本发明通过将空气调节和电池冷却集成,极大的节省空间,相对于传统冷却方式节省了成本,并能够同时或分别执行空调指令与电池冷却,解决了目前电池集成冷却系统在新能源商用车范围内不适用,导致动力电池续航能力低、降温控制效果差的技术问题。
