The invention discloses a vehicle air-conditioner control system integrated with a power battery cooling function and a control method of the vehicle air-conditioner control system integrated with the power battery cooling function. The vehicle air-conditioner control system comprises a temperature sensor, an air-conditioner controller, a power battery controller, a power battery evaporator and a vacuum pump communicated with a battery shell through a first one-way valve, the first one-way valve is communicated to the vacuum pump through the battery shell, and an air inlet is formed in the battery shell in the air-conditioner air outlet direction. The battery temperature is detected through the temperature sensor, and the detected battery temperature is compared with a preset battery temperature through the power battery controller. If the detected battery temperature is higher than the preset battery temperature, a battery temperature dropping demand command is transmitted to the air-conditioner controller, and the vacuum pump is controlled to be started; the air-conditioner controller receives the battery temperature dropping demand command and controls the power battery evaporator and an air-conditioner compressor to be started. In this way, the vehicle air-conditioner control system has the power battery cooling function, so that the cooling efficiency of a power battery and the cooling uniformity between battery cells are improved, and it is accordingly guaranteed that the power battery can efficiently and continuously work.
