Disclosed in the present invention is a friction material for a brake shoe of a high-speed rail. According to the present invention, the friction material comprises a filler, a fiber material, a binder, a lubricant, and an organic stabilizer. The filler is included in an amount of 20 to 40 wt% based on the total weight of the friction material. The fiber material is included in an amount of 10 to 20 wt% based on the total weight of the friction material. The binder is included in an amount of 10 to 20 wt% based on the total weight of the friction material. The lubricant is included in an amount of 10 to 20 wt% based on the total weight of the friction material. The organic stabilizer is included in an amount of 10 to 20 wt% based on the total weight of the friction material.

    본 발명은 충진재와 섬유재와 결합재와 윤활제 및 유기 안정제를 포함하는 마찰재이며, 상기 충진재는 상기 마찰재의 전체 중량에 대하여 20 ~ 40중량%로 포함되며, 상기 섬유재는 상기 마찰재의 전체 중량에 대하여 10 ~ 20중량%로 포함되며, 상기 결합재는 상기 마찰재의 전체 중량에 대하여 10 ~ 20중량%로 포함되며, 상기 윤활제는 상기 마찰재의 전체 중량에 대하여 10 ~ 20중량%로 포함되며, 상기 유기 안정제는 상기 마찰재의 전체 중량에 대하여 10 ~ 20중량%로 포함하는 고속철도의 브레이크 슈용 마찰재를 개시한다.
