According to the present invention, when a vehicle receives on-state information from a plurality of street lamps installed spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, the vehicle acquires location information of another vehicle based on the received on-state information on the plurality of street lamps, checks on-time information of the lamps respectively provided on the plurality of street lamps that have transmitted the on-state information, acquires speed information of another vehicle based on the acquired location information and on-time information, determines whether a collision exists based on the acquired location information and speed information, and performs at least one of warning and braking when it is determined that there is a possibility of collision with another vehicle.

    본 발명의 차량은, 일정 거리로 이격 설치된 복수 개의 가로등으로부터 온 정보가 수신되면 수신된 복수 개의 가로등의 온 정보에 기초하여 타 차량의 위치 정보를 획득하고, 온 정보를 전송한 복수 개의 가로등에 각각 마련된 램프의 온 시간 정보를 각각 확인하고, 획득된 위치 정보와 온 시간 정보에 기초하여 타 차량의 속도 정보를 획득하고, 획득된 위치 정보와 속도 정보에 기초하여 충돌 여부를 판단하고, 타 차량과의 충돌 가능성이 존재한다고 판단되면 경고 및 제동 중 적어도 하나를 수행한다.
