The present invention relates to a mechanical emergency escape device of an apartment housing and a high-rise building. According to the present invention, a quadrangular escape hole is formed between the bottom surfaces of the veranda of an apartment house and a predetermined place of a high-rise building that are blocked by soundproof walls and fire doors, during construction of a building. A safety blocking footrest is positioned in the quadrangular escape hole to block the same. The safety blocking footrest is elastically supported by a buffer member on an inner guide rod of a guide member, of which a lower end is inserted into and fixed to a lower fixed plate fastened and fixed to the bottom surfaces, while being movably coupled to the inner guide rod, so that evacuee can move gradually downward while safely boarding the safety blocking footrest by holding a safety bar mounted on an upper part of the safety blocking footrest and maintaining balance. In addition, the evacuee (the old and the weak) move downward along the guide member while holding the safety bar mounted on the upper part of the safety blocking footrest, and then the safety blocking footrest is locked at a moved position by a blocking footrest locking member. Therefore, the evacuee can step down from the safety blocking footrest and escape safely.

    본 발명은 공동주택 및 고층건물의 기계식 비상 탈출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 방음벽 및 방화문으로 차단되는 공동주택의 베란다 및 고층건물의 일정한 장소 바닥면 사이에 엇갈리게 건축물 시공시 사각탈출공을 형성하고, 사각탈출공의 내부에 안전차단발판 위치하여 차단하며, 안전차단발판은 바닥면에 체결 고정되는 하부고정판에 하단이 삽입 고정되는 가이드부재의 내측가이드봉에 이동 가능하게 결합되는 동시에 완충부재로써 탄력적으로 지지되어 피난자가 상부에 장착된 안전바를 파지하고 균형을 유지하여 안전하게 탑승한 상태에서 하방으로 서서히 이동할 수 있으며, 또한 피난자(노약자)가 안전차단발판 상부의 안전바를 파지한 상태에서 가이드부재를 따라 하방으로 이동한 다음 차단발판록킹부재에 의해 이동한 위치가 안전하게 록킹되어 안전하게 내려 탈출할 수 있는 효과가 제공된다.
