A method for engine restart control of a vehicle divides, with respect to the restart attempt of a starting controller (10), into ISG/SSC starting control of setting conventional starter starting and MHSG starting as a next priority (Next Priority) while setting inertia starting as a highest priority (High Priority), as the possibility of transmission inertia starting, and CoM starting control of setting MHSG starting and conventional starter starting as a next priority (Next Priority) and a low priority (Low Priority) while setting injection starting as a highest priority (High Priority), as a zone for detecting the rotational speed of an engine, so as to ensure the stability of ISG starting and SSC starting, thereby increasing fuel efficiency and marketability. Further, the method for engine restart control of a vehicle grants priorities to inertia starting, MHSG starting, conventional starter starting, and injection starting to complement an initial start failure by backup starting, thereby greatly reducing the number of start failure situations.

    본 발명의 차량에 적용된 엔진 재시동제어 방법은 시동 컨트롤러(10)의 재시동 시도에 대해 변속기 관성시동 가능성으로 관성시동을 최상위 우선권(High Priority)으로 하면서 Conventional Starter 시동과 MHSG 시동을 차상위 우선권(Next Priority)으로 하는 ISG/SSC 시동제어, 엔진 회전 수 검출영역으로 Injection 시동을 최상위 우선권(High Priority)으로 하면서 MHSG 시동과 Conventional Starter 시동을 차상위 우선권(Next Priority)과 하위 우선권(Low Priority)으로 하는 CoM 시동제어로 구분됨으로써 ISG 시동 및 SSC 시동에 대한 안정성 확보로 연비 및 상품성 향상이 이루어진다. 나아가 엔진 재시동제어 방법은 관성시동, MHSG 시동, Conventional Starter 시동, Injection 시동에 대한 우선권(Priority)부여로 최초 시동 실패를 백업시동으로 보완해 줌으로써 시동 실패 상황이 크게 낮아지는 특징을 갖는다.
