An adaptive AEB control method is disclosed. The adaptive AEB control method according to the present invention includes the steps of: identifying a front vehicle to be avoided based on front observation information obtained through a front observation sensor; setting a steering avoidance available area based on speed information and horizontal acceleration information of a user vehicle; adaptively determining an AEB operation time based on whether a vehicle exists in the set steering avoidance available area; and controlling AEB operation based on the adaptively determined AEB operation time.

    적응형 AEB 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 적응형 AEB 제어방법은 전방관측 센서를 통해 획득한 전방관측 정보를 기초로 회피고려 전방차량을 식별하는 단계, 자차의 속도 정보 및 횡가속도 정보에 기초해서 조향회피 가능영역을 설정하는 단계, 상기 설정된 조향회피 가능영역에의 차량 존재 여부에 기초하여 AEB 가동 시점을 적응적으로 결정하는 단계 및 상기 적응적으로 결정된 AEB 가동 시점에 기초하여 AEB 가동을 제어하는 단계를 포함한다.
