The present invention relates to a heating element temperature control device comprising: a current sensing unit sensing current applied to a heating element disposed in a battery; and a control unit which calculates the temperature of the heating element based on a sensed current value when the sensed current value is equal to or less than a preset current value by comparing a current value sensed in the current sensing unit with the preset current value and reduces or blocks power supplied to the heating element.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 배터리에 배치된 발열체에 인가되는 전류를 센싱하는 전류 센싱부; 및 상기 전류 센싱부에서 센싱한 전류값을 기 설정 전류값과 비교하여 상기 센싱한 전류값이 상기 기 설정 전류값 이하가 되면 상기 센싱한 전류값에 기반하여 상기 발열체의 온도를 연산하고, 상기 발열체에 공급되는 전력을 감소시키거나 차단하는 제어부를 포함하는 발열체 온도 제어 장치를 제공한다.
