A safety system for a passenger inside a vehicle according to the present invention includes: a radar sensor unit which is provided in the vehicle and uses a radar signal to obtain surrounding biometric information; a temperature sensor unit which is provided in the vehicle and obtains the temperature information of the surrounding; and a control unit which determines an emergency situation based on the information obtained by the radar sensor unit and the temperature sensor unit and transmits an emergency signal informing of the emergency situation to a user terminal designated in advance in case of the emergency situation, wherein the emergency situation is defined as a case that a living body exists in the vehicle and a temperature or a temperature change inside the vehicle corresponds to a previously established abnormal criterion.

    본 발명에 따른 차량내 승객 안전 시스템은, 차량에 구비되며, 레이더신호를 이용하여 주변의 생체정보를 획득하는 레이더센서부; 차량에 구비되며, 주변의 온도정보를 획득하는 온도센서부; 및 레이더센서부 및 온도센서부로부터 획득된 정보를 바탕으로 비상상황을 판단하며, 비상상황은 차량 내에 생체가 존재하고 차량 내부 온도 또는 온도 변화가 미리 마련된 비정상 기준에 해당하는 경우로 정의되며, 비상상황에 해당하는 경우 미리 지정된 사용자 단말기에 비상상황임을 알리는 비상신호를 전송하는 관제부;를 포함하는 차량내 승객 안전 시스템이 소개된다.
