PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger safety vehicle of which a detection start position can be easily set while assuring durability thereof.SOLUTION: At an open position of a safety bar 26, a magnet 44 is further separated than a detection threshold distance TH, output of a magnetic sensor 52 is switched off (Fig. 11A). When the safety bar 26 is positioned at a closing start position, the magnet 44 becomes the threshold distance TH, and output of the magnetic sensor 52 is switched on (Fig. 11B). When the safety bar 26 is further closed, the magnet 44 approaches the magnetic sensor 52 to a stable distance (Fig. 11C). When the safety bar 26 is further closed, the magnet 44 keeps a stable distance, and a telescopic rod 38 is contracted. Thus, since the magnet 44 is stayed to the stable distance in which detection by the magnetic sensor 52 is most stably performed, a difference between closed positions of the safety bar 26 due to a difference of physical constitutions of passengers is absorbed, whereby accurate detection can be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】 耐久性を確保しつつ検出開始位置の設定が容易な乗客安全乗物を提供する。【解決手段】安全バー26の開位置においては、検出のしきい値距離THよりもマグネット44が離れており、磁気センサ52の出力はOFFである(図11A)。安全バー26が閉スタート位置に来ると、マグネット44がしきい値距離THとなり、磁気センサ52の出力がONとなる(図11B)。さらに安全バー26が閉じられると、マグネット44は、安定距離まで磁気センサ52に近づく(図11C)。さらに安全バー26が閉じられると、マグネット44は安定距離を保ち、伸縮式ロッド38が縮む。このように、磁気センサ52による検出が最も安定して行われる安定距離にマグネット44を留まらせるので、乗客の体格の違いによる安全バー26の閉位置の違いを吸収し、正確な検出を行うことができる。【選択図】 図11
