The present invention forms a flight vehicle so as to be possible to land and take off as operation even when receiving impact of winds when performing a function of a drone, thereby being possible to land and take off at a place with people and a building congested area and stably perform flight as operation by corresponding to/offsetting the impact of the winds in a hovering state or during horizontal flight. The present invention forms movement of the flight to be possible to be performed in all directions to maximize efficiency of operation and omits a flight process of a curved path during transition flight in the hovering state so as to double energy saving and spatial and temporal efficiency.

    비행체가 드론의 기능을 할 때 바람의 영향을 받아도 조종한 대로 이착륙이 가능하게 구성하여 사람이 있는 곳이나 건물 밀집지역에서도 이착륙이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 호버링 상태나 수평 비행시에도 바람의 영향을 대응/상쇄시켜 조종한 대로 운항을 안전적으로 할 수 있게 하는 것, 비행체의 이동을 어느 방향으로나 가능하게 구성하여 조종의 효율성을 극대화 했고 호버링 상태에서 천이 비행시 곡선 경로의 비행 과정을 생략하게 고안하여 에너지 절약과 공간적 및 시간적 효율을 배가 시켰다.
