The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a functional sound absorbing and insulating material to which a material for reducing smells and VOCs is applied. More specifically, the functional sound absorbing and insulating material comprises: a first sound absorbing and insulating material; a third sound absorbing and insulating material; and a second sound absorbing and insulating material inserted between the first sound absorbing and insulating material and the third sound absorbing and insulating material. The second sound absorbing and insulating material includes a granular reducing material capable of reducing smells and VOCs. When the functional sound absorbing and insulating material to which a material for reducing smells and VOCs is applied and which is manufactured by the method according to the present invention is utilized as a sub-component of embedded components of a vehicle, sound absorbing properties are secured. Also, the reducing material is firmly fixed onto a fiber, so that a degree of reducing smells and VOCs is high and the interior of a vehicle can be made in a pleasant condition.

    본 발명은 냄새 및 VOCs 저감재가 적용된 저감 기능성 흡차음재 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제1 흡차음재, 제3 흡차음재 및 상기 제1 흡차음재와 제3 흡차음재 사이에 삽입되어 있는 제2 흡차음재를 포함하고, 상기 제2 흡차음재는, 냄새 및 VOCs를 저감할 수 있는 입상 저감재를 포함하는, 냄새 및 VOCs 저감재가 적용된 저감 기능성 흡차음재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 제조된 냄새 및 VOCs 저감재가 적용된 저감 기능성 흡차음재를 자동차 내장부품의 서브 부품으로 활용할 경우 흡음성 뿐만 아니라 저감재가 섬유 상에 단단히 고정되어 있어 냄새 및 VOCs를 저감시키는 정도가 우수하여 차량 내부를 쾌적하게 할 수 있다.
