The present invention relates to a preparing method of a non-woven fabric for reducing volatile organic compounds. More specifically, the preparing method of a non-woven fabric for reducing volatile organic compounds comprises the following steps of: preparing first, second, and third unit non-woven fabrics which are to be sequentially laminated; preparing a reducing material for reducing volatile organic compounds; immersing the reducing material in the second unit non-woven fabric; combining the first, second, and third unit non-woven fabrics; and bonding the reducing material with the second unit non-woven fabric with heat for improving a bonding force thereof. According to the present invention, a non-woven fabric is in contact with air to remove volatile organic compounds included in the air, and a non-woven fabric used as an internal finishing material for a vehicle performs a function of reducing volatile organic compounds, thereby reducing the degree of organic compounds of air in the vehicle.

    본 발명은 휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 부직포 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 순차 적층될 제1, 제2 및 제3 단위 부직포를 준비하는 단계; 휘발성 유기화합물을 감소시키는 저감재를 준비하는 단계; 상기 제2 단위 부직포에 상기 저감재를 담지하는 단계; 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 단위 부직포를 결합시키는 단계; 및 상기 저감재와 상기 제2 단위 부직포의 접착력을 향상시키는 열 본딩을 하는 단계를 포함하는 휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 부직포 제조 방법을 제공한다. 상기한 바와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 부직포가 공기와 접하여 공기에 포함된 휘발성 유기화합물을 제거할 수 있고, 차량의 내부 마감재로서 사용되는 부직포에 휘발성 유기화합물 저감 기능을 부여하여 차량 실내 공기의 유기화합물 정도를 저감시킬 수 있다.
