The present invention relates to a battery mounting structure of an electric vehicle comprising: a battery case with a built-in battery; side sills which are formed to extend along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and are disposed on both right and left sides along the width direction of the vehicle; a fastening bolt for fastening the battery case to the side sills; and a guide means for guiding the fastening bolt to move in the impact direction when an impact is applied to the fastening bolt. When a collision occurs, the battery case moves in the collision direction, and the damage of the battery built in the battery case can be effectively reduced.

    전기 자동차의 배터리 장착구조가 개시된다. 배터리가 내장된 배터리 케이스; 차량의 길이 방향을 따라 연장되게 형성되고, 차량의 폭 방향을 따라 좌우양측에 배치된 사이드 실; 상기 배터리 케이스를 상기 사이드 실에 체결하는 체결 볼트; 및 상기 체결 볼트가 충격을 받으면 충격 방향으로 이동하도록 가이드하는 가이드 수단을 포함하여, 충돌이 발생하면, 배터리 케이스가 충동 방향으로 이동해서 배터리 케이스에 내장된 배터리의 파손을 효과적으로 저감할 수 있다.
