    本发明公开了一种电动车电池安装结构,包括电池安装箱、箱盖、缓冲件,所述电池安装箱为上方开口的方形结构,所述箱盖设置在电池安装箱上部,所述箱盖倾斜设置,箱盖上端插在电池安装箱一端的凹槽内,箱盖下端设置在电池安装箱另一端,二者通过轴销固定,电池安装在电池安装箱内部,所述缓冲件粘在电池表面,所述缓冲件为弹性件,背面光滑,表面呈正弦波形结构,缓冲件上设有散热孔,本发明结构科学,采用销轴固定的抽盖结构,安装人员能够方便快速、精确的进行安装、更换电池,提高工作效率,箱盖倾斜可以防止上方漏水,电池各表面安装时贴上弹性缓冲件,安装后能够有效防震,提高了电动汽车用电池结构的使用寿命。
