The present invention relates to a welded joint obtained by multilayer steel welding. When the welding heat affected zone formed by the welding is distinguished into upper, central, and lower regions along the thickness direction of the steel, the central region is formed solely of a fine grain heat affected zone (FGHAZ) and the upper and lower regions include a coarse grain heat affected zone (CGHAZ). According to the welded joint with excellent CTOD properties in a welding heat affected zone and a method for manufacturing the same of the present invention, a welding wire angle and a bead overlapping length can be appropriately controlled during multilayer welding of very thick steel, and thus the welded joint improved in terms of CTOD properties in a welding heat affected zone and the method for manufacturing the same can be provided.
본 발명은 강재를 다층 용접하여 얻어지는 용접부에 있어서, 상기 용접에 의해 형성되는 용접 열영향부를 상기 강재를 두께 방향을 따라 상부영역, 중심영역 및 하부영역으로 구분하였을 때, 상기 중심영역은 세립영역(Fine Grain Heat Affected Zone; FGHAZ) 단독으로 구성되고, 상기 상부영역 및 하부영역은 조립영역(Coarse Grain Heat Affected Zone; CGHAZ)을 포함하는 용접 열영향부 CTOD 특성이 우수한 용접부 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 극후물 강재의 다층용접시 용접와이어 각도 및 비드겹침길이를 적절히 제어함으로써 용접열영향부 CTOD 특성이 향상된 용접부 및 그 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
