The present invention relates to a welded joint with excellent CTOD properties of a weld metal, the welded joint being provided by welding steel in multiple layers, the welded joint including: a first weld layer composed of a first weld metal; a second weld layer positioned on the first weld layer and including a second weld metal having yield strength lower than yield strength of the first weld metal; and a third weld layer positioned on the second weld layer and composed of the first weld metal. The present invention provides a welded joint with excellent CTOD properties of the weld metal, wherein during the welding of ultra-high strength steel in multiple layers, a weld layer including a weld metal having relatively low yield strength is arranged near the center of a weld joint (relative to thickness direction of a steel).

    본 발명의 강재를 다층 용접하여 얻어지는 용접부는 제1 용접금속으로 이루어진 제1 용접층; 상기 제1 용접층 상에 위치하며, 제1 용접금속보다 낮은 항복강도를 갖는 제2 용접금속을 포함하는 제2 용접층; 및 상기 제2 용접층 상에 위치하며, 상기 제1 용접금속으로 이루어진 제3 용접층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 극후물 강재의 다층용접시 용접부의 중심부(강재 두께방향 기준) 부근에 상대적으로 낮은 항복강도를 갖는 용접금속을 포함하는 용접층을 배치시킴으로써 CTOD 특성이 우수한 용접부를 제공할 수 있다.
