The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for running lane map matching using curvature information, comprising: a GPS receive unit for detecting a position on a route on which an automobile is currently running; and a control unit for determining an automobile inside a lane in a curved section based on curved section progress of the automobile and an actual running distance in the curved section when the automobile runs the curved section.

    본 발명은 곡률 정보를 이용한 주행차선 맵 매칭 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량이 현재 주행 중인 경로 상의 위치를 검출하는 지피에스 수신부, 및 상기 차량이 커브 구간을 주행 시, 상기 차량의 상기 커브 구간 진행도 및 상기 커브 구간에서의 실주행 거리를 바탕으로 상기 커브 구간에서의 차량 주행차선을 판단하는 제어부를 포함한다.
