The present invention provides a brake apparatus of a wagon to secure braking stability of a wagon even though the ground is inclined or irregular. To this end, according to the present invention, the brake apparatus of a wagon to stop a wagon comprises: a plate; and a contact unit enabling the plate to be inclined in accordance with the inclination of the ground while elastically supporting the plate for the plate to be in contact with the ground.

    본 발명은 지면이 경사지거나 불규칙 하더라도 왜건의 제동 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 왜건용 브레이크 장치를 제공하는 것이 그 기술적 과제이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 왜건용 브레이크 장치는, 왜건을 정지시키기 위한 왜건용 브레이크 장치로, 플레이트; 및 상기 플레이트를 탄성 지지함과 함께 지면의 경사도에 따라 상기 플레이트를 경사지게 하여 상기 플레이트를 상기 지면에 밀착시키는 밀착 유닛을 포함한다.
