The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure a water level of the seabed and the like, comprising: a buoyant body (10) having a watertight space formed therein; a driver (20) applying motive power to a wing installed in an external portion of the buoyant body (10); a generator (30) installed in the watertight space, generating electricity by kinetic energy of the buoyant body (10); and a controller (40) installed in the watertight space, acquiring information of the seabed, and transmitting or receiving a signal. As such, the present invention is able to acquire various pieces of information, e.g. a water level of the seabed, while moving on the sea for a long time in a manner which causes various kinetic movements and generates electric power in a state of being floated on the water due to a buoyant body.

    본 발명은 해저수심 등을 측량하는 장치에 있어서: 수밀 공간을 형성하는 부력체(10); 상기 부력체(10)의 외부에 설치되는 날개에 이동력을 인가하는 구동부(20); 상기 수밀 공간에 설치되어 부력체(10)의 운동에너지로 전기를 생성하는 발전부(30); 및 상기 수밀 공간에 설치되어 해저정보를 획득하고 신호를 송수신하는 제어부(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 부력체를 통한 수면 부상 상태에서 다양한 기계적 운동을 유발하여 전력을 생산하는 방식으로 장기간에 걸쳐 해상을 이동하면서 해저수심 등 다양한 정보를 획득할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
