The present invention relates to a control system (100) which prevents fire and explosion of an oil storage tank, comprising: a fire and explosion factor monitoring system (110) which measures and monitors the concentration of oxygen and inflammable gas within the oil storage tank; a fire and explosion index monitoring system (120) which indicates the danger of the tank in accordance with the concentration of oxygen and inflammable gas, which is monitored by the fire and explosion factor monitoring system (110); and a fire and explosion control system (130) which prevents and controls fire and explosion in accordance with the danger which is indicated by the fire and explosion index monitoring system (120). Accordingly, the present inventions system is able to monitor oxygen and inflammable gas, which are measurable at ordinary times, among oxygen, inflammable gas, and ignition source, which are the three elements of combustion, and to prevent and control fire and explosion. That is, the system of the present invention is able to estimate fire and explosion by monitoring the factors for fire and explosion, to fundamentally remove the causes, to prevent and control fire and explosion, to keep explosions at 0% by preventing fire and explosions through the danger index, and to perfectly prevent and control fire and explosions through cross-checking by controlling the surroundings of the tank and performing a central control.

    본 발명은 유류저장탱크의 화재폭발 사고를 예방하기 위한 제어 시스템(100)에 관한 것으로서, 유류저장탱크내 산소 및 가연성 가스 농도를 측정하여 모니터링하는 화재폭발 인자 모니터링 시스템(110)과; 상기 화재폭발 인자 모니터링 시스템(110)에서 모니터링된 산소 및 가연성 가스 농도에 따라 탱크의 위험성을 표시하는 화재폭발 지수 모니터링 시스템(120)과; 상기 화재폭발 지수 모니터링 시스템(120)에서 표시된 위험성에 따라 화재폭발 예방 제어하는 화재폭발 제어 시스템(130)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 연소의 3요소인 산소, 가연성 가스 및 점화원 중에서 상시 측정 가능한 산소, 가연성 가스의 모니터링을 통해 화재폭발사고를 미연에 예방 제어할 수 있다. 즉, 화재 폭발성 인자의 모니터링을 통해 화재폭발성을 예견하여 원인요소의 원초적인 제거를 통해 화재폭발사고를 예방 제어할 수 있고, 위험성 지수를 통해 화재폭발성을 사전 예방하여 폭발성을 0 % 운영가능하며, 탱크 주위와 중앙제어를 통한 크로스 체크 기능으로 화재폭발사고를 완벽하게 예방 제어할 수 있다.
