According to an embodiment of the present invention, a driving circuit of a hybrid electric vehicle comprises a first battery, a secondary battery, a direct current (DC)-link capacitor, a converter, a controller and a relay. The first battery and the second battery are charged with a predetermined voltage or discharged in accordance with an operation mode of a motor. The converter is connected between the first battery and the second battery to be driven in a pressure-increasing mode or in a pressure-decreasing mode in accordance with the operation mode of the motor and senses voltage of the DC-link capacitor. The controller outputs a first driving signal and a second driving signal. The first driving signal is generated during a period from a time when the vehicle is started to a time when the vehicle is stopped. The second driving signal is generated after an initial standby time of the converter, and the generation is stopped in accordance with the voltage value of the DC-link capacitor. The relay electrically connects the second battery and the converter when a first driving signal or a second driving signal is applied. According to the present invention, damage to a hybrid electric vehicle due to residual current can be prevented.

    본 발명의 일실시예에 따라는 하이브리드 자동차 구동회로는 모터의 동작모드에 따라 일정 전압이 충전 또는 방전되는 제1 배터리와 제2 배터리, 제1 배터리와 병렬로 연결된 디시링크(DC-link) 캐패시터, 제 1 배터리와 상기 제 2 배터리 사이에 연결되어 상기 모터의 동작모드에 따라, 승압모드 또는 강압모드로 구동하며. 상기 디시링크 캐패시터의 전압을 센싱하는 컨버터, 차량의 시동시부터 시동이 정지되는 시점까지 생성되는 제1 구동신호와 상기 컨버터의 초기대기시간 이후부터 생성하여 상기 디시링크 커패시터의 전압값에 따라 생성중단되는 제2 구동신호를 출력하는 컨트롤러 및 제1 구동신호 또는 제 2 구동신호가 인가되는 경우 상기 제 2 배터리와 상기 컨버터를 전기적으로 연결하는 릴레이를 포함한다.
