According to the present invention, a driving circuit of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a first battery and a second battery; an inverter converting an applied voltage into DC or AC in accordance to an operation mode of a motor; a converter operating in a pressure rising mode or a pressure decreasing mode in accordance to the operation mode of the motor; and a processor controlling an electrical connection of the first battery, the inverter, and the converter by comparing the voltage (V_B1) of the first battery and the voltage of a DC-link capacitor in an initial driving. The DC-link capacitor is a capacitor connected in parallel to the first battery, the inverter, and the converter.

    본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 자동차의 구동회로는 제 1 배터리 와 제 2 배터리, 상기 모터의 동작모드에 따라, 인가되는 전압을 직류(DC) 또는 교류(AC)형태로 전환하는 인버터, 상기 모터의 동작모드에 따라, 승압모드 또는 강압모드로 동작하는 컨버터; 초기구동시, 상기 제 1 배터리의 전압(V) 과 디씨링크(DC-link) 커패시터의 전압을 비교하여, 상기 제 1 배터리와 상기 인버터 및 상기 컨버터의 전기적 연결을 제어하는 프로세서를 포함하며, 상기 디씨링크(DC-link) 커패시터는 상기 제 1 배터리, 상기 인버터 및 상기 컨버터에 병렬로 연결된 커패시터이다.
