Disclosed is a boil-off gas treatment system which may secure safety of an LNG storage tank and a vessel, and improve transportation efficiency of LNG by effectively reliquefying and storing boil-off gas generated in the LNG storage tank. The boil-off gas treatment system of the present invention comprises: a compander which receives and compresses boil-off gas (BOG) generated in an LNG storage tank arranged on a vessel or a marine structure, and includes an expander that receives the BOG for adiabatic expansion thereof, and a BOG compressor that is connected to the expander, and compresses the BOG by expansive force; a high duty (HD) compressor part which additionally compresses the BOG compressed in the BOG compressor of the compander; a precooler where the BOG compressed in the HD compressor part is cooled by heat exchange with the BOG compressed in the HD compressor part to be introduced into the BOG compressor of the compander; a boost compressor part which receives the BOG compressed in the HC compressor part for additional compression at a pressure exceeding a critical pressure; and a main heat exchanger where the BOG compressed in the boost compressor part is cooled by heat exchange with the BOG cooled by the adiabatic expansion of the expander of the compander. In regards to this, the BOG cooled in the precooler after compressed in the HC compressor part is introduced into the expander of the compander.

    증발가스 처리 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 증발가스 처리 시스템은, 선박 또는 해상 구조물에 마련된 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 BOG(Boil-Off Gas)를 공급받아 압축하되, BOG를 공급받아 단열팽창시키는 익스팬더(expander)와 상기 익스팬더에 연결되며 팽창력에 의해 BOG를 압축하는 BOG 컴프레서(compressor)를 포함하여 구성되는 컴팬더(compander); 상기 컴팬더의 BOG 컴프레서에서 압축된 상기 BOG를 추가 압축하는 HD(High Duty) 컴프레서부; 상기 HD 컴프레서부에서 압축된 상기 BOG가 상기 컴팬더의 BOG 컴프레서로 도입될 BOG와 열교환으로 냉각되는 프리쿨러; 상기 HD 컴프레서부에서 압축된 상기 BOG를 공급받아 임계압력을 초과하는 압력으로 추가 압축하는 부스트 컴프레서부; 및 상기 부스트 컴프레서부에서 압축된 상기 BOG가, 상기 컴팬더의 익스팬더로부터 단열팽창으로 냉각된 상기 BOG와 열교환으로 냉각되는 메인 열교환기;를 포함하되, 상기 HD 컴프레서부에서 압축 후 상기 프리쿨러에서 냉각된 상기 BOG는 상기 컴팬더의 익스팬더로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
