According to the present invention, disclosed is a boil-off gas (BOG) treatment system capable of effectively compressing BOG to re-liquefy the BOG. The BOG treatment system comprises: a compander receiving and compressing BOG generated in a liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank installed in a ship or a marine structure, and including an expander receiving the BOG to perform adiabatic expansion, and a compressor connected to the expander and compressing the BOG by an expansion force; a high duty (HD) compressor unit to additionally compress the BOG compressed in a BOG compressor of the compander; a precooler to cool the BOG compressed in the HD compressor unit by heat exchange with BOG introduced to the BOG compressor from the LNG storage tank; a main heat exchanger to cool the BOG compressed in the HD compressor unit by heat exchange with the BOG adiabatically expanded in the expander of the compander; an LNG cooling unit installed in an upstream of the precooler and supplying LNG pumped from the LNG storage tank to the BOG introduced to the precooler from the LNG storage tank to perform cooling; and a fuel supply unit to supply, as fuel, the BOG compressed through at least a part of the HD compressor unit or the LNG pumped from the LNG storage tank to a fuel user installed in a vessel or a marine structure.

    증발가스 처리 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 증발가스 처리 시스템은, 선박 또는 해상 구조물에 마련된 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 BOG(Boil-Off Gas)를 공급받아 압축하되, BOG를 공급받아 단열팽창시키는 익스팬더(expander)와 상기 익스팬더에 연결되며 팽창력에 의해 BOG를 압축하는 BOG 컴프레서(compressor)를 포함하여 구성되는 컴팬더(compander); 상기 컴팬더의 BOG 컴프레서에서 압축된 상기 BOG를 추가 압축하는 HD(High Duty) 컴프레서부; 상기 HD 컴프레서부에서 압축된 상기 BOG가 상기 컴팬더의 BOG 컴프레서로 도입될 BOG와 열교환으로 냉각되는 프리쿨러(precooler); 상기 HD 컴프레서부를 거쳐 압축된 상기 BOG가, 상기 컴팬더의 익스팬더로부터 단열팽창된 상기 BOG와 열교환으로 냉각되는 메인 열교환기; 상기 프리쿨러의 상류에 마련되며, 상기 LNG 저장탱크로부터 상기 프리쿨러로 도입되는 상기 BOG에 상기 LNG 저장탱크로부터 펌핑된 LNG를 공급하여 냉각하는 LNG 쿨링부; 및 상기 선박 또는 해상 구조물에 마련되는 연료 소비처로 상기 HD 컴프레서부의 적어도 일부를 거쳐 압축된 BOG 또는 상기 LNG 저장탱크로부터 펌핑된 LNG를 연료로 공급하는 연료 공급부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
