The present invention relates to a thermoelectric generator using braking heat of a vehicle, to install a thermoelectric element in the inside of a brake device and cool one side of the brake device, so as to allow the thermoelectric element to generate electricity by the braking heat of the vehicle. According to the present invention, comprising a brake operation unit installed in a position close to a wheel of a vehicle, and a rotating unit rotated with the wheel of the vehicle as one body and rubbed with the brake operation unit when a driver operates a brake, the generator comprises a thermoelectric element (11) installed in the brake operation unit. When the braking heat is generated by friction between the brake operation unit and the rotating unit at the time of braking, the thermoelectric element converts thermal energy into electric energy to generate current.

    본 발명은 제동장치의 내부에 열전소자가 설치되고 상기 제동장치의 일측이 냉각되도록 하여 상기 열전소자가 제동열에 의해 발전되도록 한 차량의 제동열을 이용한 열전발전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차량의 제동열을 이용한 열전발전장치는, 차량의 차륜과 인접한 부위에 설치되는 제동조작부와, 차량의 차륜과 일체로 회전하고 운전자의 제동조작시 상기 제동조작부와 마찰되는 회전부를 포함하는 차량의 제동장치에 있어서, 상기 제동조작부에 설치되고, 제동시 상기 제동조작부와 상기 회전부가 마찰하여 제동열이 발생하면, 열에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시켜 전류가 출력되는 열전소자(11)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
