The present invention relates to a cold start control system for a fuel cell vehicle. The system raises the temperature of hydrogen and air supplied to a fuel cell stack and supplies the hydrogen and air at the raised temperature to reduce the time needed to activate the internal space of the stack by increasing the temperature in the stack to a target level within the shortest time. According to the present invention, the cold start system includes: a high-pressure hydrogen flow amount adjustment valve which adjusts the flow amount of hydrogen supplied to the fuel cell stack; and a control unit which adjusts and controls the opening rate of the high-pressure hydrogen flow amount adjustment valve when the internal temperature of the fuel cell stack is less than a preset reference value. When the opening rate of the high-pressure hydrogen flow amount adjustment valve decreases, the pressure of hydrogen passing through the high-pressure hydrogen flow amount adjustment valve is reduced, thereby raising the temperature of the hydrogen supplied to the stack.

    본 발명은 연료전지 스택으로 공급되는 수소와 공기를 승온시켜 공급함으로써 최단시간 내에 스택 내부의 온도를 목표수준까지 상승시켜 스택 내부 활성화 시간을 단축할 수 있는 연료전지 차량의 저온 시동 제어 시스템을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 발명에서는, 연료전지 스택으로 공급되는 수소의 유량을 조절하는 고압수소유량조절밸브; 상기 연료전지 스택의 내부 온도가 사전 설정된 기준값 이하가 되면 상기 고압수소유량조절밸브의 개도율을 변경 제어하는 연료전지 제어부;를 포함하며, 상기 고압수소유량조절밸브의 개도율 감소시 고압수소유량조절밸브를 통과하는 수소의 압력이 감압되어서 스택으로 공급되는 수소의 온도를 승온시킬 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량의 저온 시동 제어 시스템을 제공한다.
