The present invention relates to a buoyancy apparatus of an unmanned VTOL plane and an unmanned VTOL plane having the same and, more specifically, relates to a buoyancy apparatus of an unmanned VTOL plane and an unmanned VTOL plane having the same, which enables the unmanned VTOL plane to effectively fly at the same place for a long time. According to the present invention, the buoyancy apparatus of an unmanned VTOL plane comprises: a gas bag; a gas supply unit; and a capsule unit.
