The present invention relates to a device for detecting a rider of a mobile facility, and more specifically, to a device for detecting a rider of a mobile facility which is configured to allow a worker to ride on a mobile facility by detecting a rider when a worker rides on a mobile facility. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention comprises: a rider detecting part which is installed on an entrance of a lifting stairs for riding and detects a rider riding on the lifting stairs; an analyzing part which is installed to a mobile facility, receives and stores detection signals of the rider detecting part through a wireless communications network and determines whether a rider exists by analyzing received detection signals; a notifying measure which is installed on an operating chamber of the mobile facility and notifies the operator that a riding request signal is received when the analyzing part determines that a rider exists; and a riding permission confirming part which is installed to the entrance of the lifting stairs or the riding place to notify a rider whether riding is permitted.
