본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 과도특성을 고려한 동력제어 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 연료전원 과도동작을 저감하여 하이브리드 차량의 실제 운행환경에서의 성능을 극대화하는 동력제어 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 연료전원 과도상태 모델 없이도 최적 동력제어 문제를 효과적으로 풀어서 연료전원 과도동작을 저감하고 하이브리드 차량의 실 운행환경에서의 성능 극대화할 수 있는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
